Upcoming Events & Announcements ILS wins the SBA President's Award for best student organization of the year! Congrats to Sara Schuman and Brian Barbour for their leadership! Congratulations to the 2008-2009 ILS E-Board! The newly elected co-chairs are Max Shterngel & J.J. Shepherd. Kajal Shah is the newly elected secretary, and David Titus is the newly elected treasurer. Finally, congratulations to the 2008 Global Justice Fellowship Recipients! This year's recipients are Deidre McGuigan and Seher Khawaja. Welcome to the homepage of the Brooklyn Law School International Law Society! The International Law Society ("ILS") aims to generate awareness about important issues in international law; provide opportunities for students interested in pursuing careers with an international focus; and organize academic and social events to encourage interaction and discussion. ILS sponsors social activities, symposia, guest speakers, career panels, a newsletter, an annual United Nations Panel and many other activities. The ILS is open to all BLS students.
